This is an inspiration story by Democracy NOW! about indigenous “occupiers” (our word) in Mexico and their 20-year resistance to NAFTA, rejection of the Mexican government, and how they built an autonomous, egalitarian, self-government alternative to the corrupt authoritarian state.
